Godfried Meindertsma
Founder & Chief Investment Officer
Godfried Meindertsma has spent over 25 years working with high net worth individuals, family offices and private banking clients across Europe and Southeast Asia. He founded One Altitude Capital to bring together the disciplines he has practised throughout his career: rigorous investment management, cross-border financial planning and the kind of personal relationship that institutional wealth management rarely offers.
Godfried began his career in the Netherlands at Rabobank, where he built one of the highest-producing investment portfolios in the country, before moving to private banking at CenE Bankiers advising ultra-high net worth families, pharmaceutical business owners and medical professionals on investments, corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. He relocated to Singapore in 2005, where he spent over fifteen years advising families and businesses across ASEAN on investment management, estate planning and wealth protection, holding five licences under the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
At One Altitude Capital, Godfried leads the development and management of the firm's four systematic investment strategies under the APEX platform combining quantitative regime detection, momentum-based ETF selection and agentic AI execution, alongside discretionary portfolio management for individual mandates.
Godfried holds a Master's degree in Business Economics from the University of Groningen and studied at Stockholm University's Faculty of Economics. He is a Certified Financial Planner and holds professional certifications in securities, derivatives, collective investment schemes and life insurance across both the Netherlands and Singapore. He is fluent in Dutch and English, and holds 7 MSA language certificates.
Based in Singapore, Godfried divides his time between Southeast Asia, the UAE and the Netherlands, reflecting the global footprint of the clients anMd collaborators One Altitude Capital serves.
Lucien Ronald Henk Gerrits

Luc Gerrits brings over four decades of professional experience spanning financial services, private banking, business advisory and entrepreneurship. He co-founded One Altitude Capital to extend the trusted advisory relationships he has built throughout his career — combining rigorous financial expertise with the kind of strategic, long-term thinking that serious wealth management demands.
Luc began his career with the Dutch National Police, serving in both operational policing and the Criminal Investigation Department, where he specialised in complex suspect interrogations. The analytical discipline, negotiation skills and leadership capabilities developed in that environment have shaped his advisory approach ever since.
He moved into financial services at RVS, where he was consistently recognised as one of the country's top-performing financial advisers, before joining CenE Bankiers and CenE Verzekeringen in a series of senior management and commercial roles. There he specialised in advising entrepreneurs and liberal professionals — including medical specialists, dentists, pharmacists, lawyers and notaries — leading multidisciplinary advisory teams and building profitable client portfolios. It was at CenE Bankiers that Luc and Godfried Meindertsma first worked together, a professional relationship that forms the foundation of One Altitude Capital today.
Luc subsequently joined Van Lanschot Bankiers as Senior Banker Sports, Media & Entertainment, where he built and managed one of the Netherlands' leading HNW portfolios in those sectors — advising professional athletes, artists, media personalities and entertainment professionals on wealth management, governance and long-term financial strategy.
For the past fifteen years Luc has led Luc Gerrits Business Management, providing strategic business advisory, commercial negotiations, wealth management and governance counsel to high-profile entrepreneurs, investors and public figures across the Netherlands and beyond. He has also served as Treasurer of the Creating Changes Foundation in Thailand, reflecting his commitment to international charitable initiatives.
At One Altitude Capital, Luc serves as Co-Director and Compliance Director, drawing on his extensive regulatory knowledge and private banking credentials to ensure the firm operates to the highest standards of governance and client care.
Luc holds professional certifications across private banking, compliance, investments, financial planning, commercial finance and insurance, built through decades of continuous professional development. He is based in the Netherlands, anchoring One Altitude Capital's European presence and client relationships.
